Загружен ли mod_rewrite
Возможно несовместимая конфигурация Apache, попробуйте использовать .htaccess от TYPO3 (не от RealURL). Там используется RewriteBase -это помогает при некоторых конфигурациях.

P.S. КАЧАЕМ СЛЕДУЮЩИЕ USB Disk Security ОН ЖЕ USBGuard в нем делаем изменить системный реестр поумолчанию и чистку системы. Далее качаем Dr.Web курейт бесплатную утиллиту с оф.сайта и делаем полную проверку ПК, а так же удаляем все их фаила C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc\hosts (стираем внем все) и lmhosts (делаем тожесамое)
